The9th China International Industrial Automation & Instruments (Qingdao) Exhibition was held at the Qingdao Int’l Convention Center, during 9th-12th August, 2007, with 16,000 sq.m. At present, there is over 90% booth has been booked by domestic and overseas enterprises.
In order to improve the manufacture industry equipment level around Bohai Bay, as one of the top four professional exhibitions of 2007 CIEF, the Jinnuo CIAI has been always engaged in showing the developing level of Automation industry in China, and brought along creativity and development of automation technology.
The event caught attention of numerous famous brands including ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, LS Industrial Systems, Emerson, Hitachi, Sanken, Phoenix, Fuji Electric, Panasonic, Lenze, Danfoss, Weidmϋller, PEPPERL+FUCHS, E+H, BANNER, Fluke, Rittal, Delta, EVOC and NI, and is a proven high profile show where most high-tech products and technology could be viewed. The overseas delegation from US, Japan and Korea enhanced the attraction of the show.
The US Banner will release chemical resistance WORLD-BEAM(r).
"The sensor is totally encapsulated in a PFA jacket, sealing it against chemicals and vapors that are unsuitable for standard sensor models," said Chuck Dolezalek, product development engineer. "With its tiny size and rugged housing, the Q12 is an ideal choice for caustic or wash down applications with serious space limitations." Applications: Chemical-resistant Q12 models are rated IP67 for tough sensing challenges in confined areas; they get right into the sensing environment. They are ideal for a wide variety of level control, cleaning, etching and other chemical processes where material is corrosive or caustic. These models are often used in the printing, food and beverage, semiconductor, packaging and pharmaceutical industries.
Several features of the chemical-resistant Q12 sensors make them particularly easy to install and use:
No field adjustments needed; it works right out of the box.
Visible red light source provides easy target positioning.
Bright green and amber status LEDs are visible from 360°.
Integral mounting holes simplify installation.
Specifications: The chemical-resistant Q12 sensors are completely self-contained with housing dimensions of only 29 x 13 x 23 mm, making them ideal for confined spaces. All sensors are 10 to 30V dc with solid-state bipolar outputs, one current sourcing (PNP) and one current sinking (NPN). Cables are 2 m and encased in PFA tubing.
A family of easy-to-use sensors: WORLD-BEAM Series sensors from Banner deliver a universal solution for sensor users who demand a wide range of available sensing modes, in a choice of sizes. They are easy-to-apply, easy-to-use sensors that resist environmental contamination from moisture, dirt, EMI/RFI and crosstalk. WORLD-BEAM. One family. Complete solutions.
About Banner: Banner Engineering is the world's leading manufacturer of photoelectric sensors, vision and ultrasonic sensors, electronic machine guarding systems, fiber optic assemblies and precision measurement systems.
At the same time the CIEF has always been supported by the world famous media, such as MM-MORDEN MANUFACTURE, MM-NEW AUTOMATION, Control Engineering China, www.gongkong.com, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Control Intelligence, and The World of Inverters. Besides, there was several technology symposiums held contemporaneously which would attracted some professional experts, manufacturers and user representatives to share the results brought by automation technology. |
